I’m not promote them. but in online sitemap version I found there is much restriction about how many URL we can generate and sometime they asking we to pay. this gsitecrawler tool we can generate it to maximal also there is another useless tools on there like yahoo URL. Once your sitemap complete submit to this website

3. MSN
I was searching about this one but not found the way to submit sitemap to MSN so I read on another blogs they use technique sitemap on robots.txt just add this line into your robots.txt
Sitemap: https://www.yourdomain.com/yoursitemap.xml
* Change yourdomain with your very own domain names.
* Change yoursitemap.xml with your sitemap name
4. Ask
Same with MSN you can add sitemap on robots.txt or alternative way you can submit through ping URL
